Substitution Policy:

Occasionally, substitutions of flowers may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers due to weather, seasonality, and market conditions. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain containers or vases may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

Delivery Policy:

A delivery fee will be added to each order. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. We deliver to funeral homes, hospitals, and other addresses six days a week. Due to the mass amount of orders on major holidays such as Valentine's Day or Mother's Day, we cannot guarantee specific times of delivery. Call our shop at 208.342.4885 to schedule a delivery.
